The Pantherettes were shaky in the top of the 1st, giving up 2 runs, but they took it personally and responded with a brutal TWELVE RUNS in the bottom of that inning, including SEVEN singles, THREE doubles and back to back triples by Jacie Patterson and Brianna Vann.

The Pantherettes went slightly quiet through the next 2 innings, subbing in Sadie Lomas for Julisel Favela and Iliyana Martinez for Jacie Patterson. However, pitcher Madison Lee got to work, not letting up another run after the first inning and completing the game. She finished the rest of the 3 innings with 3 strikeouts and only 2 hits allowed.

In the 4th and Final inning, the Pantherettes plated 5 more runs to seal the deal Mainly dealt by Madison Lee’s bases clearing Triple to score some of the last few runs. Despite going 2-4 on the day. A player who wasn’t out once was the right fielder Brianna Vann. Vann went 3-3 with an rbi triple in the first, an rbi double in the same inning, a walk in the third and then a single in the fourth.

All and all the Pantherettes finished with 17 runs on 19 hits and the Raiders finished with 2 runs on 4 hits as the Duncanville Pantherettes smoked the Skyline Raiders 17-2 as the Pantherettes bounce back after their Waxahachie loss a week ago and improve to 15-11-4 overall and 5-4 in district as skyline falls to 4-13 overall and 1-8 in district.
