Tristan Russell, four year-old son of theater teachers Lucy and Sean Russell fell from his third story bedroom window last month. He sustained major brain trauma as a result and has been recovering from the fall. Panther Prints photographers Allie Peregory and Chase Apperson followed Tristan all day during his rehab at Baylor’s Our Childrens House. We have also created the first of our videos on his before and after. All links are on this page. Follow us for more as Tristan recovers and is scheduled to head home today.

My son was a patient at OCH when Tristan came into rehab. I remember seeing him the very first day and knew it was a devastating injury. I must say I witnessed a miracle. Our hearts went out to him and his family. My family and I could not resist talking to Tristan and his family whenever we saw them. I was so excited to see the news about Tristan and how far he has come since my family and I left OCH. Tristan, Sean, Lucy, Logan, Westin Lucy and Sydney we hope the best for your family….Tristan you are destine to do something very special!!! I hope I am a witness to that also!!!
