Duncanville boys capture their 4th state basketball championship.

On March 9th, 2019, Duncanville made history with their 73-69 victory in the Texas state championship game. The last time a championship game was won for the boys was in 2007 against Kingwood high school with a score of 60-46. In this 2019 win,it was led by senior, Jahmius Ramsey, with 19 pts and 9 rebounds, along with junior, Micah Peavy, with 22 pts and 13 rebounds. Though it was a fight to the finish, Duncanville came out as the 2019 6A State Champions.
