The Duncanville Panthers kickoff their 2014-15 season on Friday Night against the Arlington Colts. Both teams really want to come out get the first win of the season. Thats what every team wants, a good, efficient win to start the season.

Arlington is known for their explosive, high scoring offense. The team put up about about 45 points per game last season which is good enough to get a couple wins in a season. Beating North Crowley highschool 65-0 will give any defensive coordinator worries.

However, Duncanville does have a good defense. They really need to go out and get the best work they can out of their secondary. I think this defense can hold but they will need some type of offensive performance. If the Panthers can score some points early, they can kickoff their season with a good win.

Duncanville has been an under the radar team for the past few years. This year if the team can stay healthy and consistent, they can hopefully sneak up on the district and fine their way into the playoffs.
